| Organization Description :

Founded in 1969, Associated Grant Makers, Inc. is the only regional association of grant makers, both foundations and corporations with giving programs, serving in, or making grants in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. They are a leadership organization for philanthropy with more than three decades of service to the philanthropic community. AGM's mission is to support the practice and expansion of effective philanthropic giving.
Nonprofit organizations join AGM's Partners Program to take advantage of the most up-to-date and easily accessed information, services, and resources about philanthropy in New England.
AGM's Partners represent grassroots, small, medium, and large nonprofits located throughout New England. For a modest annual contribution, Partners receive an electronic newsletter highlighting current philanthropic trends, an invitation to AGM's Partner meeting and discounts on AGM programs and publications, including the AGM Grant Makers Directory, as well as various skill building and informational seminars.
Currently, more than 1,100 nonprofit organizations, ranging from community arts programs to health centers, environmental groups to homeless shelters, and school groups to universities, support AGM through their active participation in the Partners Program. |
